JULY 2025 MARKET SUMMARY
Sales of commercial property throughout the Savannah MSA just topped $59 million in July 2025. Last month’s sales volume was down considerably when compared to July 2024 when the Savannah MSA saw $285 million in total sales. However, the first six months of 2025 (January - June), saw $1.8 billion in total sales volume and the first six months of 2024 only $992 million so we’re up 81.5% so far this year. We will keep an eye on volumes through the rest of the year. Generally speaking, sentiment is improving while macroeconomic uncertainty remains a very real concern. High quality, low risk assets are all the more favorable.
