CRE 101: Representation matters pt. 2

Welcome back to CRE 101, where we make commercial real estate more approachable, transparent, and easier to understand. For our next installment, we’re breaking down our work representing commercial property landlords and sellers.

Up first is a landlord representative (landlord rep), who is responsible for positioning and marketing vacant commercial spaces to attract qualified tenants and achieve the best possible leasing outcome for a property owner.

A seller representative (seller’s rep) similarly advocates for commercial property owners looking to sell, helping position the asset, identify qualified buyers, and manage the transaction from listing through closing.

At Level CRE, we recognize that while both roles focus on supporting commercial property owners, every deal is different – so, we partner closely with our clients to develop custom strategies aligned with their long-term objectives, and collaborate throughout the entire process.

Here’s a closer look at what we as commercial real estate brokers do from both perspectives:

We believe effective representation begins with your goals. Whether you want to fill a vacancy, improve property performance, or prepare an asset for its next chapter, our team is here to help maximize the value of your real estate.

Stay tuned next month for another CRE 101 feature. Got questions about landlord or seller representation? Want us to cover a specific topic? Let us know
