MARCH 2026 MARKET SUMMARY

After a quiet February, Savannah area commercial sales rallied in March 2026, topping $240 million in sales volume across 35 sales transactions. Activity was largely driven by over-performance in the industrial sector, especially by the $168.5M sale of the leased-up Main Gate Logistics Center. Strong land and retail sales throughout the region also contributed.

SCAD parking strains continue to play out downtown, with SCAD buying the lot at 111-113 W Liberty St from Lasky Professional Building LLC, for $1.8M. The lot is adjacent to the lot the university currently owns and operates at the corner of Barnard and Liberty.
