MEET THE DIRECTOR
ZOE RINKER
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
We wanted to introduce our team with more than stats and facts. In an effort to dive deeper, we adapted the Proust Questionnaire (via Vanity Fair) to pose questions that reveal more.
What is your idea of perfect happiness? I’m a sucker for a reunion—be it with your family at the end of a work day or when you see that long-distance friend that you haven’t seen in years and you’re able to pick up right where you left off. The comfort and joy in returning to the ones you love is pure happiness.
What is it that you most dislike? Inauthenticity
Who are your heroes? My fierce friends who are chasing their dreams, balancing family life and daily commitments, and still make time and space for each other. That’s no small feat.
What do you value most in your friends? Showing up
Describe your favorite meal. Anything made with love (If you haven’t figured it out yet, my love language is acts of service.)
Which talent would you most like to have? I wish I could draw better. While I’m a creative person and not half bad at using design software, my physical drawing skills leave a lot to be desired. I wish I could better translate ideas from my head to a pencil. For now, I’ll just have to use the computer.
Where would you most like to visit? I would like to hit all seven continents one day–I just have South America, Australia, and Antarctica to go!
When is your best time of day? Morning, before my family wakes up and the chaos begins
What is your most treasured possession? I’m not someone who keeps a lot of sentimental things, but I recently inherited a locket that belonged to my great grandmother. I put photos of my two kids in it and wear it often as a reminder of the connection between the past and the future.
