OCTOBER 2025 MARKET SUMMARY
Savannah MSA commercial sales for October 2025 saw an increase in the total number of transactions with a decrease in overall sales volume from September 2025. This bucked last quarter’s trend of fewer sales transactions with higher sales volumes. (Note: Our full Q3 2025 market analysis will hit your inboxes soon.)
Ten smaller land sales accounted for part of the increase in transactions, with an average size of 2.6 acres and average price of $870K per acre. The sale of the office condo park at 10500 Abercorn, including seven separate transactions, also increased transaction numbers. Despite land and office properties driving up sales transactions numbers, industrial and multifamily sales continued to account for the majority of sales volume.
The month’s top transactions included the sale of Crossroads Business Park (189 Knowlton Way) from Brookwood Capital Partners to Hipacking Inc. for $26.34M, and the sale of the Live Oak Apartments (8505 Waters Avenue) for $25.1M to The Hallmark Companies, Inc.
